User Data Deletion

Tender84.com is committed to user privacy. This page explains what data we hold about you and how to have it deleted — including the process required by Facebook for apps that use Facebook Login or the Pages API.

Short answer: Tender84 does not store personal user accounts or personal data on our servers. Most data (favorites, notes, bid status) exists only in your own browser's localStorage and can be deleted by you instantly from your browser settings. If you connected via Facebook Login, see the section below.

1. What Data Tender84 Holds

We do not maintain user accounts or personal profile databases. The following summarises what is and isn't stored:

2. Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you have used Facebook Login on any feature of Tender84, Facebook may have shared a limited set of your profile data (name, email, Facebook user ID) with us as part of the authentication flow. We do not store this beyond the session.

To request deletion of any Facebook-related data:

Option A — Via Facebook's built-in tool:
  1. Go to your Facebook account: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login
  2. Scroll to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find Tender84 in the list and click Remove
  4. Facebook will notify us to delete your associated data
Option B — Direct request to us:
  1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject: "Data Deletion Request — Tender84"
  2. Include your Facebook name or the email address associated with your Facebook account
  3. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days
  4. You will receive a confirmation email with a deletion reference code

3. Deleting Your Local Browser Data Yourself

All your saved tenders, notes, bid statuses, and profile information live only in your browser. You can delete everything instantly:

  1. Open tender84.com in your browser
  2. Press F12 (DevTools) → Application → Local Storage → tender84.com
  3. Right-click → Clear → Confirm
  4. Or: Browser Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data → select "Site Data" → Clear

This deletes all your saved data permanently from your device. This cannot be undone.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymisation enabled. GA4 does not collect names, email addresses, or identifiable information. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default policy. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
